Jessica made the process easy, explaining each step along the way. She was very knowledgeable about local market conditions and priced the house to ensure that we received the most favorable amount with the house remaining on the market for only a short time. As I was located a fair distance from the property for sale and had not sold a house before, this was extremely helpful. Jessica even went above and beyond to help out when we were looking for a home for a piano that would not be moving with the rest of the furniture.
